The Stones of Stenness are found between Loch of Harray and Loch of Stenness, midway between Stromness and Finstown in Mainland Orkney. They are probably dating from around 2900 B.C. and originally had a circle of 12 stones.

Stones of Stenness is open to the public all year round and is free to visit.
